MercatoPeak is a football squad-planning and transfer-analysis platform. Free and paid tiers differ in features as described on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. Accounts are personal; a Club-tier workspace may invite members, each with their own account. You must be 16 or older.
Valuations, verdicts, predictions and grades are automated editorial estimates with their reasoning shown. They are not statements of fact about any player or club, and not financial, legal, betting or investment advice. Decisions you make on them are your own.
No abusing the service: no unauthorised access, no automated scraping, no reselling access, no using the platform to harass or defame anyone, no uploading unlawful content into workspaces. We may suspend accounts that do.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is"; features may evolve. If we ever discontinue the service, paying subscribers get notice and a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation.
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's seat (see Legal info); consumers keep the protections of their home country's mandatory law.
